Athletic Alumni Questionnaire

Your athletic career at Eastern Illinois University has concluded but you are still important to us in Panther athletics. We don’t want to lose track of you as you continue to journey through your chosen career field and personal life.

Please contact us so that we may provide a ‘complimentary’ one year membership in the EI Club, an organization of former Panther athletes who support the Hall of Fame weekend each fall, who finance a portion of the letter winner jackets for current Panther student-athletes and who assist with the sponsorship of championship team reunions. You will also receive a quarterly newsletter that informs you of past and present happenings with EIU athletes and teams.
