HIGH SCHOOL: Hayley was a four-year varsity letter-winner for coach Emily Werner… also lettered four times in basketball… All-State and All-Metro as a senior… two-time First Team All-Region and team captain as an upperclassman… four-time First Team All-Conference and team MVP… honorable mention All-Metro as a junior… first and second academic honors… president of the fitness club… also played for the St. Louis Fusion Gold summer team.

 

PERSONAL:

No. 1 sports highlight was being part of a MSHSAA state tournament Final Four qualifier as a freshman… her parents have been a major influence on her sports career because "they always offered positive and encouraging words, and worked me in our backyard on fundamentals"… most admires the athletes in her family for "giving support and showing how hard work pays off"… her grandfather Ken Wild played for the St. Louis Cardinals, her uncle Tom Wild played baseball at the University of Missouri, her aunt Mary Jane Lovrey played basketball at North Carolina State, and her aunt Nancy Duchardt played basketball at McKendree College… daughter of Mark and Lisa PieperMAJOR: Business Marketing.
