What is the Panther Club?

The Panther Club is a people oriented organization which aids the intercollegiate athletics program at Eastern Illinois University.

This group of individuals has a genuine interest in the welfare of Eastern's academic and athletic success.

The Panther Club is community involvement for some people; for others, it is business involvement; and still for others it is simply an interest in assisting an excellent sports program which benefits not only the students at Eastern, but also brings recognition and a feeling of accomplishment to the entire east central area. It all starts with people who are interested in other people.

The Panther Club provides funding for scholarships, recruiting, travel and general promotion of a 21 sport men's and women's program.

Through your generous support, student athletes at Eastern are given an opportunity to excel in athletics, but more importantly, they are provided with an excellent education, a benefit that will exist for the remainder of their lives.

Everyone associated with Eastern Illinois University realizes that a successful program is not possible without Panther Club support.
