Opening Still Available for EIU's Xmas Camp

CHARLESTON, Ill. – Eastern Illinois baseball is scheduled to host a pair of youth camps during the upcoming Holiday Season. There are still openings for the Christmas Camp, Dec. 27-29.
 
The Christmas Total Skills camp is slated for a Thursday thru Saturday schedule in Lantz Fieldhouse. It’s open to commuters ($225) or overnight ($275) campers, grades 5-12. Lunch and dinner will be provided and overnight campers are scheduled to stay at the Best Western/Worthington Inn. Clinics and drills will be held for a good portion of all three days of the camp.

Alex Harrison
Men's Soccer
#Alex Harrison# is the Student-Athlete of the Week after scoring EIU's first goal in both exhibition games last week. He gave the Panthers the lead in eventual draws with Butler and Green Bay, the two preseason favorites in the Horizon League and both 2009 NCAA Tournament participants. Eastern opens its regular season schedule this weekend at Kentucky's four-team tournament in Lexington.
