FCS All-American Team

PHILADELPHIA - Eastern Illinois senior Chaz Millard was selected as a third team All-American as the Sports Network released its 2009 FCS All-American team. This was the third time the lineman from St. Charles, Ill., has been honored earning honorable mention honors in 2007 and 2008.

Millard was a first team All-OVC selection in 2009 as he moved from right guard to center for the season. Millard helped anchor an offensive line that won the OVC championship and advanced to the first round of the FCS playoffs. Millard graded out at 88 percent for the season with 61 decleater blocks. He has a streak of 37 straight games in which he did not allowed a sack.

EIU finished the season at 8-4 and was ranked No. 15 in the FCS Coaches poll.
