"There was pushing, elbows thrown, blood," said EasterN Illinois' All-Ohio Valley Conference basketball player of last week's European basketball tour. "It was the greatest time.
"We were a bunch of 20-year-old kids getting knocked around by grown men. So being Americans, we started trash talking."
This was part of a two-point win in Germany, the closest game of a 5-0 tour for a group of 10 U.S. collegiate basketball players sent to Belgium and Germany by the Global Sports Academy.
It also marked by what Laser called his best game in Europe
