EIU CROSS COUNTRY:  Ran in all eight cross country meets in 2009... first team All-OVC with a time of 20:16.30 to place 6th at championships... placed 145th at NCAA Regional... top season time was 18:27 at Illinois Intercollegiate... top EIU cross country runner placing 18th in OVC championships and 125th at NCAA Regional… top 5k time was 18:55.29 in Evansville Invite… placed 15th at 2007 OVC championships... personal record time of 18:35.93 set at EIU Panther Open with an 8th place finish... OVC cross-country “Freshman of the Year” in 2006 after finishing 12th at the conference championships, as the meet’s top freshman finisher... 2nd team All-OVC for her conference finish... top-two runner for EIU throughout the cross-country season... 

EIU TRACK: Competed in 2010 indoor and outdoor track... named EIU Senior Scholar Athlete of the Year... focused on mile and 3000m during indoor season... first team All-OVC winning 3K at indoor OVC Championships with a time of 10;23.20... second team All-OVC in mile with a time of 5:10.55 at OVC meet... top mile time of 5:00.53 ranks 5th on EIU career list... top 3K time of 10:15.31 ranks 8th on EIU career list... during outdoor season turned focus to steeplechase... set school record with time of 10:44.45 at Louisville Twilight to earn NCAA Regional bid... placed 35th at NCAA Regional... second team All-OVC in steeplechase... ran the mile and 3000m during 2009 indoor season... top mile time was 5:11.54 at EIU Friday Night Special... top 3000m time was 10:15.31 at Iowa State Classic which ranks 8th on EIU career list... during outdoor season ran steeplechase, 1500m and 5000m as primary events... placed 3rd in OVC championships in steeplechase... top steeplechase time of 11:12.55 was at NCC Gregory and ranks 4th on EIU career list... top season time in 1500m was at OVC championships while placing 4th in 5000m at OVC meet... set personal record with 8th place finish in 2008 OVC Indoor Championships in 800m, time was 2:17.21 which ranks 6th at EIU… posted mile time of 5:08.68 at Wabash Invite which ranks 8th at EIU… during outdoor season ran personal record of 17:56.83 in 5000m at Vanderbilt Invite which ranks 5th on career list… posted a EIU top ten time in steeplechase at NCC Gregory at 11:30.92... placed 5th at OVC championships in 5000m and 7th in 1500m... part of school record breaking distance medley relay team... scored points for EIU Indoor OVC championship teams with top eight finishes in the 800 meters and mile... scored points for EIU Outdoor OVC Championship team with a 7th place finish in the 5,000 meters.. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Prospect High School earning varsity letters in track, cross country and basketball… All-Conference in track and cross country… sectional champion in 4x800 relay… division champion in 800… team captain… All-Academic… All-State placing seventh in 4x800 relay… National Honor Society.
