EIU CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in all 2011 cross country meets... earned first team All-OVC honors after placing 5th at OVC Championships... helped team win first OVC team championships since 2001... ran a personal best of 17:57 in the Illinois Intercollegiate which ranks 6th on EIU's career list... first team All-OVC after placing fourth at the 2010 OVC Championships with a time of 18:48.11... placed 101st at NCAA Regional with a time of 22:09.63... neamed OVC Runner of the Week three times... best 5K time was 18:15 at EIU Panther Open... earned second team All-OVC honors in 2009 cross country season placing 8th at OVC championships... season best time was 18:33 at Lucian Rosa Invite... named OVC Runner of the Week twice... 

EIU TRACK:  Competed in 2011 indoor and outdoor track... ran the mile and 3000m during the indoor season... lone 5K of the year was in OVC Championships where she earned second team All-OVC honors with a time of 18:12.98, 9th on EIU career chart... top 3K time was 10:12.85 at the Notre Dame Meyo which is 7th on EIU career list... earned first team All-OVC at outdoor championships winning the steeplechase... best steeplechase of the year was the NCC Dr. Keeler with a time of 11:07.08 which ranks 4th on EIU career list... was 3rd in 5K at OVC Championships... top time of 17:40.51 at the EIU Big Blue ranks 9th on EIU career list... competed in 2010 indoor and outdoor track... ran the mile and 3000m during indoor season... placed 4th at indoor OVC Championships in the mile... top indoor mile time was 5:07.98 at the Illinois Intercollegiate which ranked 9th on EIU career list... ran 1500m, steeplechase and 5000m during outdoor track season... best steeplechase time of 11:25.76 ranks 6th on EIU career list... placed 3rd at outdoor OVC meet in steeplechase... top 1500m time of 4:41.91 ranks 10th on EIU career list.

MIAMI: competed in track at Miami of Ohio in 2009... redshirted the 2008 cross country season at Miami of Ohio...

HIGH SCHOOL: multi-sport athlete at Eureka High School earning varsity letters in track, cross country and basketball... was 2007 IHSA Cross Country State Champion with a time of 17:27... Peoria Journal Star Athlete of the Year in 2007-08... was cross country state runner up as a junior... state champion in 1600m and two-time state champion on 4x800 relay teams... Academic All-State.
