EIU CROSS COUNTRY: Redshirted the 2012 cross country season... ran in all events during the 2011 cross country season... earned second All-OVC honors at the conference meet placing 14th with a time of 18:44.44... career best 5K time of 18:39 at the Illinois Intercollegiate... ran in all seven cross country meets in 2010 season... first team All-OVC placing 7th at OVC Championships with a time of 19:01.41... placed 114th at NCAA Regional with time of 22:27.05... best 5K time was 18:42 at EIU Panther Open... participated in seven cross country meets in 2009 season including a 19th place finish at the OVC championships... best time was 19:43 at Illinois Intercollegiate.

EIU TRACK: Competed in 2012 indoor and outdoor track... during indoor season ran 3K and 5K as a member of OVC Championship team... best 5K time was 17:44.96 at Grand Valley which ranks third on EIU career list... during outdoor season ran 5K and 10K as member of OVC Championship team... best 5K time was 18:02.84 at EIU Big Blue... ran a 39:55.66 time in the 10K at OVC meet... competed in 2011 indoor and outdoor track... ran the mile, 3000m and 5000m during indoor season... second team All-OVC in 3000m with a second place time of 10:33.14... third place finisher in the 5K... top 5K time of the year was 17:52.21 at Iowa State which ranks 3rd on EIU career list... ran 1500m and 5000m during outdoor season... lone 10K of the year was at OVC Championships placing 3rd with a time of 39:20.27... top 5K was 17:52.41 at EIU Big Blue... competed in 2010 indoor and outdoor track... rank mile and 5000m at indoor OVC Championships... best 5K time was 18:48.75 at Iowa State Classic... best indoor mile time was 5:32.53 at EIU Mega Meet... ran in two meets during outdoor season with 5K time of 19:03.65 at EIU Invite.

HIGH SCHOOL: ran track and cross country Hoffman Estates HS where she was a member of 4x800 relay team that holds the school record. She set the school record for indoor 3,200m run and qualified for indoor state championship in 1,600m and 3,200m. Duenas ranked No. 17 in the state in 1,600m run at 11:50. She was a IHSA Class 2A state qualifier in 4x800 relay and 1,600m run as a junior... participated in NIKE Nationals in Boston as a senior.
