EIU TRACK: Competed in 2013 indoor and outdoor track...  during indoor season ran distance events with best 3K time of 8:49.59 at the EIU Friday Night... ran a 15:30.41 time in the 5K at the Grand Valley Meet... during outdoor season was a member of OVC Outdoor Championship team running the steeplechase and 5K... best steeplechase was 9:50.55 at the SIU Spring Classic... best 5K was 15:28.25 with a first place finish at the ISU Spring Invite... redshirted 2012 indoor and outdoor track seasons.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was an IHSA Class 3A state qualifier in the 3200m run competing for Lake Zurich High School... posted a time of 9:24.14 at the Palatine Sectional to place fourth. He finished 19th at the state championships with a time of 9:34.87... placed 14th in IHSA Class 3A cross country state championships leading his school to a second place state finish... ran a 3-mile time of 14:38 at the state meet... placed second at the Lake Forest Sectional with a time of 15:24.2... placed 100th at the IHSA Class 3A State Championships as a junior.
