EIU CROSS COUNTRY 
2013: Competed in all six meets during 2013 season... was 16th at OVC Championships... placed 48th at NCAA Midwest Regional with a 10K time of 31:23... best finish was 2nd at EIU Walt Crawford... top 8K time was 25:12 at the Illinois State Invite...
2012: Competed in all meets during the 2012 cross country season... named OVC runner of the week one time... placed 5th at the OVC Championships to earn first team All-OVC honors with a time of 24:37.43 (time ranked 20th on EIU career list)... placed 42nd at NCAA Regional with a 10K time of 31:23.95 which ranks 18th best at EIU...

EIU TRACK 
2014: Competed in 2014 indoor and outdoor track... ran distance during indoor season competing in the 3K and 5K events... first team All-OVC in the 5K winning the event at the OVC Indoor Championships with a time of 14:37.58... season best 5K time was 14:15.66 at the Grand Valley Big Meet, time ranked fourth on EIU career list... season best 3K time was 8:10.71 at the Notre Dame Meyo, time ranked third on the EIU career list... during outdoor season ran the 5K and 10K... season best 10K time was 29:50.61 at the OVC Outdoor Championships... second team All-OVC in the 10K placing second in the race at the OVC meet... season best 5K time was 14:49.42 at the SIU Invite... 
2013: Competed in 2013 indoor and outdoor track... ran distance events during the indoor season as a member of the OVC Indoor Championship team... first team All-OVC in the 5K winning the event with a time of 14:45.14... season best was 14:24.75 at the NCAA Last Chance which ranked sixth on EIU career list... best 3K time was 8:24.61 at the OVC Championships where he placed third... during outdoor season ran the 5K and 10K as part of the OVC Outdoor Championship squad... first team OVC in the 10K with a first place time of 30:52.05... season best in the 10K was 29:50.56 at the Mt. SAC Relays which ranked fourth on EIU career list... started 10K at NCAA Regional but resulted in a DNF... best 5K time was 14:51.99 at the Miami Invite.

HARPER JC: Competed two years at Harper Junior College earning NJCAA Division III All-American honors as a sophomore in cross country... placed fourth in the NJCAA National Championships with a time of 26:02.53 as the school won the National Championship.. on the track was named the men's track athlete of the 2012 NJCAA Division III meet with two individual national titles in the 5K and 10K... winning time in the 5K set a new national championship record at 15:04.42.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed at Conant High School in cross country and track distance running... as a senior in 2009 was part of the 4x800 relay team that advanced to the IHSA Class 3A state championships.. helped team place ninth at the IHSA Class 3A state championships in cross country in 2008 finishing 95th with a time of 15:36.
