2017 (JUNIOR): Competed in the season opening meet during the 2017 season... posted a 5K time of 19:10.68 at the EIU Walt Crawford placing 27th... granted medical redshirt for the year... 

2016 (SOPHOMORE): Competed in six meets during the 2016 season... competed at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships placing 56th but did not compete at the NCAA Midwest Regional... season best 5K time was 18:56.2 at the OVC meet... season best finish was 12th at the EIU Walt Crawford... 

2015 (FRESHMAN): Competed in six meets during the 2015 season... placed 19th at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships with a season best 5K time of 18:23.2... opened season with a 13th place finish at the EIU Walt Crawford... placed 144th at the NCAA Regional with a 6K time of 22:40.9... season best 6K was 21:54.8 at the Bradley Pink Classic which ranked ninth on EIU career list...

2018: Competed in indoor track, redshirted the outdoor season in 2018... INDOOR - competed in two meets during the indoor season... ran the 800 meter and mile events... season best 800 meter time was 2:42.31 at the EIU Friday Night... season best mile time was 5:30.98 at the Grand Valley Big Meet... OUTDOOR -redshirted outdoor season... 

2017: Competed in indoor and outdoor track during the 2017 season... INDOOR - competed in eight meets during the indoor season... ran the 800m and indoor mile events... season best 800m time was 2:17.17 at the Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Championships... season best mile time was 5:15.71 at the EIU Friday Night... ran the opening leg on school record setting distance medley relay team at the Notre Dame Meyo Invite with a time of 11:41.99... also ran the 4x400m relay during the season... member of OVC Indoor Championship team... earned a bronze medal in the distance medley relay at the OVC Indoor Championships... OUTDOOR - competed in five meets during the outdoor season... ran the 800 meter and 1,500 meter events... season best 800m time was 2:17.14 at the OVC Championships... season best 1,500m time was 4:51.03 at the OVC Championships... also ran 4x400 meter relay during the season... member of OVC Outdoor Championship squad competing in the 800m and 1,500m...

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed at Chicago Taft HS advancing to the IHSA Class 3A state meet in the 800m run as a senior.... had the fifth fastest sectional time entering the state meet with a time of 2:15.76 at the Wilmette (Loyola Academy) Sectional which placed first...  as a junior advanced to the IHSA Class 3A state meet winning the Skokie (Niles West) Regional with an 800m time of 2:22.28... in cross country finished 47th as a senior at the state meet in a time of 17:45...
