2016: Competed in six events during the 2016 season... placed 33rd at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships... was 90th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 10K time of 32:08.1... had a pair of top ten finishes including third at the season opening EIU Walt Crawford... season best 8K time was 25:04.7 at the Bradley "Pink" Classic... 
2015: Competed in six events just missing All-OVC honors with a 15th place finish at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships... posted an 8K time of 25:39.9 at the OVC meet... placed 83rd at NCAA West Regional with a 10K time of 31:48.2... season best 8K time was 25:09.9 at the Bradley Pink Classic... placed ninth in season opening EIU Walt Crawford Meet... 

EIU TRACK
2016: Competed in indoor and outdoor track.. Indoor - competed in four meets during the 2016 indoor season... member of OVC Indoor Championship team competing in one event... ran the mile and 3K during the season... season best mile was 4:29.01 at the EIU John Craft... season best 3K was 8:35.40 at the Notre Dame Meyo... Outdoor - competed in six meets during the 2016 outdoor season... ran the 1500m and 5K... earned a bronze medal in the 5K at the OVC Outdoor Championships with a time of 14:48.24... season best 5K time was 14:44.92 at the Illini Twilight... season best 1500m time was 3:53.20 at the ISU Redbird... posted a first place finish in the 1500m at the EIU Twilight... 

KANSAS: Competed two seasons on the Jayhawks cross country squad... as a sophomore saw action in five meets in 2014 finishing in the top four finishers each meet... placed 38th at the Big 12 Championships with an 8K time of 25:24.1... was 81st at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 10K time of 31:12.8... as a freshman on the cross country team competed in five meets... won season opening Bob Timmons 6K Classic in first collegiate meet with a time of 19:34.19... was 46th at Big 12 Championships with an 8K time of 24:45.4... was 82nd at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 31:10.0 at the 10K distance... in track redshirted the 2014 indoor season... competed in the 2014 outdoor season with three top ten finishes in the 5K... as a sophomore ran both indoor and outdoor track... 

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed at Belvidere North HS helping team win three IHSA State Championships from 2009-11... was the state runner-up as a sophomore and junior in the IHSA Class 2A level... won back-to-back state indoor titles in the 3200m as a junior and senior...
