Entry Information:
Entries are due by Tuesday September 7, 10:00pm. Entries are to be completed at www.directathletics.com There is no entry limit;
Unattached / Open runners are welcome and should enter by emailing Coach Erin Howarth elhowarth@eiu.edu by entry deadline.
Entry Fee:
$0 per team – no charge for teams
$5 per Unattached / Open runner (payable at packet pick-up)
Scoring:
We will score the meet using a double dual scoring procedure
We will also unofficially score all teams together following usual rank-ordered scoring procedures.
We will use a scoreboard clock and PA system and computerized timing.
Awards:
Brooks Bags to top five finishers in each race..
T-Shirt awards to finishers 6-15 in each race
Course:
Flat/rolling and moderately fast! The course runs on grass and a limestone-chip path. See course maps below and call for any course questions.
Facilities:
Bathrooms are readily available. Port-a-potties will also be at start/finish area.
Shower and locker facilities are available in Lantz Arena, adjacent to the Panther cross country course. Bring your own towels and locks. EIU athletic trainers will be on-site and can assist with any training-room needs. For special requests, please contact the training room at 217-581-7614.
