Eastern Illinois University Athletics

Clint Bays was hired as the coordinator of equipment and stadium facilities for Eastern Illinois football in 2008. Bays is a certified athletic equipment manager through the AEMA. He holds both a bachelor's and masters degree from Eastern Illinois University.

He previously worked with the Illinois Department of Corrections and Transportation Security Administration. He was the assistant equipment manager at EIU in 2007.

Bays and his wife Kirsten have four boys - Andy, John, Jake and Nick.
